Job Description

​

We are looking for a skilled Installation / Hardscape Foreman to lead landscape construction crews on high-end residential projects. This role combines hands-on work with crew leadership, quality control, and coordination with management.

Responsibilities

​​

• Lead and supervise installation and hardscape crews

• Install pavers, retaining walls, patios, steps, and landscape features

• Read and execute landscape and hardscape plans

• Ensure work meets design specs, safety standards, and timelines

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job tasks

• Train crew members and maintain productivity

• Communicate progress and issues to management.​

Qualifications

​​

• Strong hardscape and landscape installation experience required

• Proven leadership or foreman experience

• Ability to read plans and manage job sites

• Knowledge of proper base prep, drainage, and construction methods

• Valid driver’s license required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor

• Communicational English required
